Welcome to Coal City Homes. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, agents, and users of the platform.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

To list properties on Coal City Homes, you must register as a verified agent. By registering, you agree to the following:

• All information you provide — including your name, email, phone number, and NIN — must be accurate and belong to you.
• You must complete email verification to activate your account.
• Your NIN will be reviewed by our admin team for identity verification purposes.
• You may not register on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Agents with verified NINs and active subscriptions may post property listings. You agree that:

• All listings must be accurate, honest, and not misleading.
• You must own or have authorisation to list the property.
• Images uploaded must belong to the property being listed.
• Coal City Homes reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.
• Duplicate listings of the same property are not permitted.

Agents are granted a free one-month trial upon registration. After the trial period:

• An active subscription is required to continue posting properties.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
• Coal City Homes reserves the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice.
• Failure to renew your subscription will restrict your ability to post new listings.

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal property listings.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Use another person's NIN or identity information.
• Advertise properties you do not have authority to list.

Coal City Homes reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Is found to have submitted false identity information.
• Engages in fraudulent or harmful activity on the platform.

Suspended agents will be notified and may contact support to appeal the decision.

Coal City Homes is a listing platform only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any property transactions. We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from inaccurate property information posted by agents.
• Disputes between buyers/renters and agents.
• Any financial transactions conducted outside the platform.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered agents of significant changes via email.
